More than logos, we can design a great image for screen printing, and set-up your separations as well.

Separations and Film

Simulated Process, Process, Spot Color, Index and Vectored and Rastered separations and film output for silkscreening. All jobs require a custom quote on price and turnaround time, we can furnish Photoshop files via web download, EPS and DCS files, or film if you prefer. SEPARATION PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOM ART PRICING OR LOGO CLEANUP PRICING.

Film positive output pricing does not include postage and handling (packaging) to deliver the film to your printer and will be invoiced with the job at our cost. It is imperative that we have your final imprint size (full front/back adult or youth sizes) to produce the separations.

Shirt design rates begin at $75 for a basic design, per side using spot colors, and go up from there. From the simplistic to the ornate, we can help you acheive a winning design, or send one of your own ideas, we'll be happy to prepare it for your silkscreener or embroiderer.

All custom art and output require a custom quote based on the project scope and time and materials. General turnaround time for all custom art projects is 3-5 working days, however, during extremely high volume periods, custom art can take as long as 7 business days. Please plan accordingly.
